  1. Couldn’t help myself. Had to buy it once I’d read the first chapter. Looks great, Colin.
Not sure when I’ll get a chance to read it – huge TBR list – but look forward to it.
I’m a west coast lass myself, brought up in Gourock.

    • Hi Christine,
many thanks for your support. I hope ‘Damp Dogs & Rabbit Wee’ makes you smile …. but be warned – a hardened Chelsea fan wrote last week too say that he was reading one particular chapter on the tube and had to sniff back a tear or two!

I’m with you on the TBR point – I end up buying books that can lie for a year before i get around to reading them. I read a lot of ‘heavier’ stuff like the history and life in general in North Korea and China, as well as dry humour like Terry Pratchett and Jeremy Clarkson (though all his petrol-head stuff.)

And I’m most definitely with you on the issue of books in the toilet. I just don’t get it either.

I’m actually based not far from your hometown of Gourock …. I’m just up the road a little, in Houston. Small world, eh?

Anyway – thanks again. If you enjoy the book, please spread the word. 🙂

Love your blog, btw. Mine is rather boring in comparison. My (still available but dormant) LOUD HORIZON music blog was a bit more dynamic, but I never know what to post to my Ceeteejackson one.

Best go – a pack of small dogs will be waiting crossed-legged in their homes, checking the kitchen clock and muttering impatiently.
      Cheers,
      COLIN
      (Cee Tee)
