‘Diddly Squat: ‘Til The Cows Come Home’ by Jeremy Clarkson.

(Diddly Squat: ‘Til The Cows Come Home.)

Jeremy Clarkson can do no wrong by me.

(Well, I’m sure he could if he tried, as he seems to upset any number of people, but I love all his writing.) I was sure I’d written a review of the earlier book in this mini-series, but seems I just gave it a 5-star mark.

Same with this one.

I find it both interesting to read about the trials and tribulations of running a far, in UK these days. I mean, it;s such a romantic notion, but it’s truly frightening the amount of hoops you must have to jump through with your ankles bound by red tape.

Jeremy though manages to make it sound both fun and gratifying.

I love his deadpan, often self-deprecating humour and regardless of what people may think of his outspoken words in the media / TV I have to say he is one of my favourite writers. (Though I hate all the car-talk … that does my head in. Thankfully there’s only tractor talk in these Diddly Squat books. ) 😉
